first_imgTired: Mayor McGarvey has adjourned the meeting againUPDATED: COUNTY manager Seamus Neely is chairing last minute talks in a bid to avert a crisis at Donegal County Council.Sinn Fein and Fianna Fail have so far refused to back a budget.If they don’t do so before midnight, the council will collapse. Mayor Ian McGarvey has adjourned the meeting yet again this time until 11.35pm.
