first_imgUS-based Enterprise Products Partners has, through its operating subsidiary, Enterprise Products Operating, entered into new revolving credit facilities.The new facilities, which will extend the maturity dates of its existing credit facilities, consist of a USD 4 billion multi-year revolving credit agreement that matures on September 13, 2022 and a USD 1.5 billion 364-day revolving credit agreement that matures on September 12, 2018.The new facilities replace Enterprise Products Operating’s existing revolving credit facilities, and its aggregate borrowing capacity remains unchanged.Enterprise Products Partners is a North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, NGLs, crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals.last_img read more

first_img Burke has been at West Ham since he was nine Frank Lampard will return to his boyhood club West Ham to try and nab Reece Burke.New Derby manager Lampard has come in at the eleventh hour in a bid to pip Championship rivals Hull City to the Hammers academy graduate. Centre-back Burke, 21, was all set to join Hull for £1.5million on Monday after leaving West Ham’s pre-season training camp in Switzerland to fly home for a medical.Derby, though, have made an improved offer and West Ham fan Burke is also tempted by Lampard’s club connection, The Sun report.Lampard also came through West Ham’s academy before joining Chelsea, while his dad, Frank senior played more than 500 times for the Hammers.Burke would be Lampard’s biggest signing so far having taken the job in May and has already snapped up former Arsenal forward Aaron Eyoma on a free transfer.Burke is reluctantly quitting West Ham after being told his appearances would be limited under new boss Manuel Pellegrini.The East Londoner joined the club aged nine and played five Premier League appearances before being sent on loan to Wigan, Bolton and Bradford.The arrival of club-record signing Issa Diop for £24 million has pushed him further down the pecking order.center_img 1last_img read more
