Recovered from Villasor was an improvised 12-gauge shotgun loaded with three live bullets. The suspects were detained in the lockup facility of the San Carlos City police station, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act./PN They were identified as residents Randy Villasor, 40, and Joshua Crisostomo, 28, a police report showed. Crisostomo, on the other hand, yielded a .38-caliber revolver loaded with five live bullets.
